Establish Semiconductor Materials Vocational and Technical College

Aiming at the problem of all-around shortage of talents in the industry at present, a professional vocational training college will be built to train scientific research and development personnel, skilled technicians, product, quality, environment, safety and other management personnel, sales engineers and other market and service personnel who understand the basic mechanism and theory in terms of semiconductor material design, research and development, manufacturing, application and other aspects, relying on Yantai Yinuo Microelectronics Industry Research Institute, semiconductor material research and development testing platform, semiconductor material technology research institute, in combination with the needs of the industry and enterprises.

Teachers focus on three areas: first, university researchers with professional theories and research; second, professional training institutions at home and abroad such as SGS and BV; third, industry personnel with practical enterprise work experience are employed. On the one hand, students come from enterprise employees; on the other hand, they can also be used as pre employment or pre job training, and as a platform for talent exchange and gathering, to establish an industry talent intelligence pool for teachers and students.

Course or content selection, aiming at the actual production and operation needs of semiconductor materials, such as specific process methods and design mechanisms of alloy, casting, lithography, coating and bonding; APQP, EDA, 5WIH, PDCA, FMEA, SWOT, MES, ERP and other tools and methods, as well as IATF16949/ISO14000/ISO45001 management system, meet the needs of enterprises from grass-roots operators to technical and management personnel.
