Yantai YesDo Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. was established in September 2007 and is located in the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Yantai City, Shandong Province. It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, production, sales, and service of bonding wires and soldering materials. The products include bonded gold wire, bonded silver wire, gold-plated bonded silver wire, bonded copper wire, palladium plated bonded copper wire, bonded aluminum wire/strip, evaporation materials and target materials, mainly used in the fields of LED, discrete devices, IC, MEMS microelectronics packaging, chip manufacturing, and new energy batteries.

Drafted product standards
As the primary reviewer for the National Nonferrous Metals Standardization Committee, YesDo has taken on the responsibility of drafting the industry standard for "Bonding Silver Wire for Semiconductor Packaging" and the national standard for "5N High-Purity Silver".
