1. Relying on the YesDo Microelectronics Industry Research Institute and the semiconductor material R&D and testing platform, we will build a semiconductor material and application technology research room, set up a semiconductor material research room, manufacturing and processing technology, and application technology research room. According to the requirements of each process flow of chips and seal testing, we will carry out basic mechanism research, translate it into the requirements for materials, and then carry out innovative research on the material manufacturing process flow. We will combine actual production with theory, truly combine industry, education, and research, focus on the research of key technologies that break through the actual process production of semiconductor materials, guide the design and research and development of enterprise products, and improve the level and ability of self research and development of enterprises.
2. Study the product performance, quality testing requirements and standards of materials, study the manufacturing and processing mechanism, discuss the process equipment and technology, carry out research and development of new products and processes, apply for patents and carry out patent consulting services.
3. Participate in the formulation and revision of enterprise, industry, national and international standards; Participate in special projects of NSFC and government; As the center of production, education, research and achievement transformation, the research and promotion center of civil military integration project.
4. Carry out technical and market research and research on semiconductor materials and equipment industry, analyze industry development, predict development trend, do a good job in industry think tank, provide consulting services for enterprises, and provide reference for government policy decisions.
5. Establish semiconductor material associations or alliances, give play to the role of public services and bridges, build demand docking platforms, promote talent, technological innovation, product application, exchange and cooperation, integrate advantageous resources, promote close cooperation between upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, build an industrial chain collaboration ecosystem, and promote industrial agglomeration development by holding various competitions, product promotion and conferences, industry conferences, supply and demand docking meetings, etc.
